Has The Road Home Program paid anyone yet.?

It has been a year since I have signed the paper work. The Road Home Program had offered to buy my property In Louisiana. And until we closed there could not be anyone occupying the property. Every time I contact them they tell me that I should be receiving a call any day. One year latter still no call.

What do you think this is about?. Have they come through for anyone?.
