Has Yahoo blown it by not accepting Microsoft's $46 billion offer?

FOr YAHOO shareholders eager to make a quick buck and move on, yes, that offer would have been a great opportunity.

But for the current leadership it may well be that they have made the right choice. In particular, if we expect the Yahoo leadership to stay with the ship under Microsoft control, the Yahoo leadership may see it as unethical to  sell out then move on to start a competing company.

I personally think they have, but it may not be over yet.  tba
