No, the email you received is a scam - called Advance-Fee Fraud.

They either get your bank details so they can steal your identity, or they get you to pay loads of fees up front to release funds that don't exist.

Just delete the email, report it to Yahoo if you like, but DON'T REPLY TO IT!
