Has Zimbabwe undergone a de facto military coup?

According to reports, since Mugabe lost the first round of presidential elections the country has been overtaken by a military coup by stealth. Is this true?

Well we do know that its the army which is influencing Mugabe now but the M&G did say Mugabe was ready to step down but he was advised by his Generals not to.

You may say its a coup sort-of.

But its not a real coup.
