You mean has a steel and concrete building even fallen down on its own, no not ever  in the usa and Vince that link you posted is full of lies and cartoons, even nist disagrees with the pancake theory which is proven false by the physics law conservation of momentum, buildings do not fall at near free fall speed without resistance form the rest of the structure. The 911 commission is full of lies ond obstructions even the commssioners think so. A new investigation is required

Yes, old buildings that have been condemned and left standing on otherwise vacant lots have collapsed due to rotting wooden frames, rusted and loose structures, just plain simple neglkect.  Building #7 of the World Trade Center did not just up and fall down.

Many times. In fact most architect courses feature these episodes of sudden building collapse. Most are from age or poor design. Some are from cheating on materials or loading.

You can find many by searching the internet or look for Korea building collapse.
