Has a new prison for holding Iraqis been discovered?

I was watching the news a couple of days ago, and they were talking about finding out about a new prison in which Iraqis were being held (like Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib). I know it was an island, but I forgot the name. It was a Spanish name. Does anyone know what the island is?

There are so many US military bases on islands -  a real gulag archipelago. Maybe Diego Garcia, formerly the the Chagos Islands, where all the inhabitants were expelled from their land?
