Has a waiter ever spilled something on u when u were had a restaurant?

one time i was at chilis n the waiter just served our food. i ordered the fajitas (they come in that sizzling pan thing) n was about to try it when a waterfall of soda comes pouring down on me. sum waitress spilled a tray of like, 10 sodas on me. n there was all this steam from the freakin fajitas. its kinda funny now that i look back at it. the waitress was really sorry and she started crying. apparently she quit that night.

I was flying on Southwest and the woman spilled Cranberry Juice in my lap.  That was a nice 3 hour flight.  NOT!

Yes, once.  It was just some water.  The waiter apologized profusely.  We all just dealt with it.  Nobody died; and the waiter actually gave first class service.  Stuff happens.

Yes, but it was my fault - my arm jerked and I accidentally caught the waiter's arm holding the tray.

this one time I was just chillin at burger king and I always go there anmd leave my cups on the table and when I went there this l;ady that couldent speak english wouldent let me put my cup dow3n or sit down aby where and she kept watching me

no, but i was at a restaurant one time and about 2 or 3 waitresses dropped their trays while i was there... all within like half an hour.  lol.

No, never happened to me.  (I'm usually ending up with food on myself though.)  If it is soda, it will wash out.  As long as no one is hurt.  I would have told her that it's OK.  We'll just get it all cleaned up, and the kitchen can bring out some more food.  Accidents happen.  It's sad that she quit.  If something like that happens, you just take a deep breath, collect yourself, and get back in the game.

I don't wear expensive clothing.  If something ruins my clothes, I'll just ask the restaurant to pay me for my ruined clothes,and that is it.  If I'm burnt by food, I'd have them pay for the medical bill.  No need to go insane in this situation.

my bro used to work at a ruby tuesdays in a local mall as a server and spilled a few sodas on this boy, his parents started cracking up apparently.

Yeah, it was just one drink, but it was alcohol so I reeked, and I don't even drink!  They were really nice, though, got free stuff.  The waitress didn't cry, but she did appologize a lot.  Everyone makes mistakes.

No I've never had a server spill anything on me; however, I HAVE been the server to spill on someone =(. I had a party of about 15 men who had just gotten off of work and were evidently passing through the area. Anyway that's quite a bit of drinks, so I take part of them and go back for the rest. Here I go handing the drinks out and instead of being smart and just going in a full circle around the table, I decided to reach across lol. I spilled the remaining drinks that were on the tray all onto one guy's back. The entire party started in with this uproarious laughter. I was so humiliated and apologized profusely and then went and informed the manager so she could go apologize as well and make sure everything was O.K. The men teased me for the rest of the night. They kept asking me if I would do it again and even offered to pay me for doing it lol. It really made their day! I bet the other guy wasn't too happy about it though =).

I accidentally spilled coffee on a bigwig at a huge reception when I was a "cater waiter" in college.

I was super-sorry.

But I didn't quit.

Yeah, now that I think about it, I think a server spilled water on me one time.  Like, a lot of water.  A whole glass full.

But that's better than coffee.  (I said I was sorry!)

My brother had food spilled on him when we ate at a Ryan's Steakhouse.  It was some sort of pasta/noodles.  We just sat down and he was wearing his leather jacket.  It spilled all on his sleeve.
