Has all the jr. fans finally figured out he is not his daddy?

After jumping to jr. and thinking he was the 2nd coming of sr. to you think the bubble has burst since jr. can t even win with Hendrick?

Dale, Sr. himself had a few bad season early on in his career so don't be so quick to put Jr. out. He has a long career ahead of him.

Always liked Sr,but never became a fan of Jr.I like the agressive drivers such as Tony Stewart.Jr is a good racer,but he will never be like his dad.

Does it matter?  He drives as well as he needs to drive.  He doesn't need to race for money.  Plus, he's only been with Hendrick for a little while.  Give it time.  I'm a Tony fan too, but I like Jr. Anyone is better than Kyle.

I really don,t think they see it as a second coming...I think they wanted him to fill the shoes of Sr.No one can fill those shoes...Just like no one will fill the Kings shoes!Ever!!!!!!

Your right Jr isn't like his dad but he is a good driver. And how are you gonna talk about Jr not winning h**l neither has Gordon and hes a 4 time champ and Jimmie only has 2 wins which isn't exactly a high number and Mear's is pretty much getting kicked out of the Hendrick stables. So don't talk **** about Jr not winning with Hendrick if the veteran drivers that were there before him aren't winning.

Jr. never wanted to be like his daddy, he never tried to be his daddy. In fact he has fought his way to the top trying NOT to be the shadow of his father. He has risen in rank by his own means, his dad would barely even give him advice, Sr. demanded that Jr make his own way and prove himself beyond the name. Neither one of them would stand for one minute thinking that Jr was only where he is because of his name. Dale Earnhardt would roll over in his grave at the thought of it. And Jr. has won  at least 1 race with Hendrix, and come very close to winning a couple of others. Although I do believe that going with Hendrix was his chance to prove whether or not it was his step mother and her team management and hate for Jr. that was holding him back. And yes, I am beginning to wonder if that all went to his head or not. Because he really has not been proving that to me all that much.

I have been informed by a couple of emails  and my daughter that I am to hard on Jr. I  will be nice. He is a real nice polite guy.He has legions of fans and is a merchandise king. He is good for the sport.He is not Sr and neither is anyone else.

In time, hopefully they will.  I think the reason he's 'the ****' is, because he was Dale Earnhardt's son.  When is he going to start winning?  I just don't understand all the Jr. fans out there.  I like him, but I just don't get why he seems to be the popular one in the sport right now.  I though it was about winning races and being consistent.

Well to begin with, I was die hard Dale Sr fan and NO ONE will ever fill those shoes..as for jumping to Jr..in a way yes and no..after Sr passed in 2001, I was devastated as was many..so I sat down and made a list of 13 (my lucky number)..and yes Jr is on the list as well as Kyle, Gordon, Harvick, Kenseth, Edwards, Biffle just to name a few and for you to said all Fans of Jr think is was the 2nd coming is BLASPHEMY to the Nascar World..shame shame

As for not winning, he did with HMS on fuel mileage but what the hey, a win is a win now wouldn't you say, if it was your driver???
