Has any body got morel (shroooom) fever yet?

I'm in Tennessee and the may flowers are up and the weather is just about right.I've started to look already any body else?

man are you lucky to get them this early we have to wait till mid May  here in Ontario and maybe latter this year as we still have 4 ft of snow in the fields

I'm keeping my eye out when I'm walking in the woods.  I think it's still a little early yet, but there may be a couple of early bloomers.

I have been out looking this week (in the Ozarks) with no luck.

I have never been looking for them I would not know what to look for I have heard that they grow in this area of Arkansas but I do not know what to look for.  Any ideas for me?
