  1. If you mean the internal screening this is often just card or light plastic with foil stuck to it. We've often replaced missing pieces by spray mounting foil to card or used self-adhesive foil tape on a piece of 'plasticard'....The tape is better! Plasticard can be got from model shops....

Adhesive foil tape is sold for a variety of purposes; most typically screening the cavities of electric guitars and the like, try ....

I've never been that comfortable with exposed foil surfaces inside things so generally use a bit of clear 'sticky backed plastic' (book covering) over the foil.

To make a really 'safe' screen we've been known to take a sheet of thin copper  foil, solder a piece of light braid or wire  to the corner and put it in a laminating pouch... You obviously have to be careful as the braid passed through the laminator but the result is a 'copper sandwich' which makes a very effective screen.... And is of course insulated on both sides.  You could do a similar thing with aluminium foil so long as you could figure out some way of making a connection to it once sealed. Perhaps pre-punching one side of the pouch to make a contact pad you can pass a s***w and tag trhough?

If you're actually looking at manufacturing such screening on any kind of scale that's a more difficult one. I imagine most of the big manufacturers have their own plant for this. But a starting point might be the sort of firm that supplies laminating machines to printers...
