  1. yes!! thomas hearns

  2. Well, if you mean the legitimate championship, then the answer is no.  But if you include all of the 4 sanctioning bodies (WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO), then the answer is yes.  Oscar De La Hoya is currently the only fighter to have won world titles in 6 different weight divisions, here are the different world titles that he won in each weight class:

    Super featherweight (130 pounds)- WBO

Lightweight (135 pounds)- WBO and IBF

    Junior welterweight (140 pounds)- WBC

    Welterweight (147 pounds)- WBC

Junior middleweight (154 pounds)- WBC and WBA

    Middleweight (160 pounds)- WBO

Edit: Thomas Hearns has only won legitimate world titles in 5 weight divisions.  He did fight at cruiserweight, but the title he won was not a major world title.  Hearns won titles in the welterweight, junior middleweight, middleweight, super middleweight, and light heavyweight divisions.  Thats only 5, not 6...
