  1. No,Only 3 year old horses can run in the Kentucky Derby.


  2. no...  because you can't enter the Kentucky Derby more than once.  The Kentucky Derby (as well as the 2 other triple crown races) are for 3 year olds only.  Horses don't get to be 3 years old more than once, so they don't get to race the Kentucky Derby more than once.  There's a new field of horses every year.

    Since they would be four the next year they can only enter once.
