I heard if you really come face to face with yourself in a dream you will die because of psychotic reasons

Interesting question! I can't say I have ever come face to face with myself in a dream! I am myself in my dreams, and I have never looked in a mirror in my birds, so that could be a big issue why! But when you are having an out of body experience you can indeed look over and see your body sleeping!

i generally see myself in third person in my dreams anyway. Sometimes the person is me, but doesnt look like me, soemtimes it does. Once in a dream, I met myself from a parallel universe, but i didnt actually get that good of a look, but yeah, weird...
