I have complicated migraine and anxiety problems especially when going outside but I've recently moved to a different flat in our building and it seems to have caused my anxiety to worsen and has brought on the symptoms of my complicated migraine. I was wondering if any of you have ever experienced this and if so, how did you deal with it? Thank you

  2. In my case , yes . I guess we who sufferred form traumatic experiences have trouble adjusting ourselves . It was so bad that i have trouble even talking to people sumtimes LoL . hmm.

Try Zazen , a zen meditation for mindfulness. And EFT do work. Google it for the free manual or watch for basic instructions on YouTube

  3. ANY change in environment will increase your anxiety.  Don't you have meds for it?  Geez.  Go get yourself hooked up with some vallium.  Or, if you can't get any, go get some hydroxy tryptophan (5-HTP).  200mg of HTP will mellow you out nicely and allow you to function.

  4. moveing house is said to be one of the most stressfull things that you can do, so it will have a large impact of the anxiety, which inturn is lightly to agrivate the ptsd. as you become more comftable in your new surroundings things should start to ease down a bit for you. if you feel things are getting to much out of control get intouch with your dr/ therapist. meanwhile try to focus on the positive things about the move and try to use distraction techniques

  5. I felt the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you.

I had overwhelming anxiety. It turned out to be my use of Splenda. Yup Splenda. How could something that taste so good, be so bad?

I like to say sucralose, not Splenda, because that is what Splenda is. And it is in a lot of stuff. The package doesn't have to say Splenda to have sucralose in it. You have to read labels. So, you might still be using it and don't even know it!

Sucralose is poison. It ruined five years of my life. I had a laundry list of medical problems while taking it, including overwhelming anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia and more.

Go ahead, google: anxiety splenda or anxiety sucralose or insomnia splenda or insomnia sucralose

The slogan, "Made from sugar..." is very misleading. Splenda might be made from sugar, but it is far from sugar. The resulting chemical is an organochloride (chlorocarbon). Organochlorides are typically poisons.

carbon monoxide - made from oxygen so its like a breath of fresh air

My source is me. I have personally experienced the effects of sucralose and can report first hand of its dangers.
