Has any on used tdi?(truck driving institute) for a cdl???

  1. Haven't heard of TDI. But, if it's OTR driving that you're interested in, why not attend CDL schooling and training at any of the major schooling companies (i.e. CR England, CRST, Werner, etc). Then you can either have the schooling tuition waived via employment contract, or have small payments taken out of your weekly pay. Plus, get a paycheck while training.


  2. You may be in for sticker shock... (about $4,000)

    Other than that, they are competent in helping you (stress--helping you) obtain a CDL. (They do not "rubber stamp" CDLs - you need to earn it)

    You can get just as good results by studying the DMV manual, and taking the knowlege test yourself.  Then rent a truck to test in after you get your permit.
