  1. It depends which office you sent it to. Mine only took 3 months. Then you wait for the interview date. You have to wait for them to forward it to the consulate. All countries have different processing times. Go to immigrate2us.net, they have lots of info.


  2. lacking important detail as Vanessa   stated  filer  us citizen generally  I130  spouse  about   9 to 14 months   son /daughter  21   and over   anywhere from 3 to  10 yrs  same for bothers  parents
