Has any one ever applied for a R-1 (Religious) visa to the USA?

I have a job waiting in a convent school, I am about to apply to the London based American Embassy and I am wondering if you were successful and how long you had to wait before you had it in your hand if you were successful? Any help at all would be so gratefully received!!!!!! Thank you for your time.

This program is currently under review.  It's estimated that at least 1/3 of all visas issued in this category were fraudulent.  You might find it very difficult to get your visa.
