Has any one ever had negative home pregnancy tests but positive blood tests?

If so.. how far were you?

And were you given a reason for the negative home tests

I had taken a at home pregnancy test and it was negative and then I went to the hospital for blood test and it was positive and it turned out I was 2 months pregnant lol

and no they never gave me any reason for it

yes.. sometimes the home test isnt sensitive enough to be accurate

I was 3 months pregnant, and , I might add, using condoms, when I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd child. I only took a pregnancy test because my b*****s became sore overnight, and I knew what that meant, but when I took the test, it said negative, so I went to the doctor. Of course, I was pregnant, and the nurse told me that I was anemic, and probably didnt take the test early enough in the day (apparently, you're supposed to take it first thing in the morning).

yes it is possible it happened with me and my husband the home test did malfunction and only showed negative but the doctor said i was pregnant so it can go wrong

It's possible. It happend to a lady my mom worked with. I'm not sure how far along she was.

Absolutely! I had seven negative pee tests before the doc told me I was pg. I was over four months along and was wondering why I was so tired and growing a bump! I used three different brands and was even given two of the tests at a pregnancy clinic!

The docs said that was impossible. They must have all been done incorrectly. But, there was no way they were done wrong, so...

I just  know it does happen, because it happened to me!
