Has any one ever regretted some thing which they have done when drunk? and can't get rid of the shame?

Well i can't really say much...

I haven't hurt anyone...

I was acting completely unlike myself as i was almost at the point of being paralytic from a lot of alcohol

In which now i feel really ashamed

I can't seek forgiveness as there is nothing to seek forgiveness for

and i can't rid myself of these feeling which are dragging me down

I feel the same every time I get drunk. Even if I didn't do anything that crazy I still feel like I hurt someone or I embarrassed myself. It's hard not to focus on the shame but you have to remember that everyone at some point is going to do something they regret when they drink. It just happens. Plus it's part of growing up.

I think someone is trying to tell you something. I know that being out of control by being under the influence of alcohol is dangerous. You probably wouldn't have done whatever you did, if you weren't under the influence of alcohol. So maybe....give up the alcohol.

God is there to forgive us. You've already done the first step of admitting that whatever you did, wasn't the best. If i were you, I would drink in moderation or not even drink at all and move on with your life. You've obviously realised that what you did wasn't right. God forgives; believe that God forgives you and wants you to move on with your life.

Life is a school, we are meant to learn from our mistakes and get a bit wiser! Don't let this drag you down any longer; learn from what happened, make a change and keep going. God Bless.

You'll get over it.  Just drink with other people who do embarrasing things and noone will call you out on your behavior.  Everyone I know and myself make a fool out of theirselves sometimes when they get drunk.  Don't worry about it.  I don't know what paralytic is though if that's some kind of alcohol poisoning then just chill out on the drinking.
