Has any one got a second MIP in michigan?

i got an MIP and it was differed so i know that this will go on my record as a first, but will i be tried in court as a first time offender? has this happened to any one? can you please tell me what happened when you went to court so i kinda know what to expect?

I didn't get one, but I was in Oakland COunty Jail with a girl who got her 2nd MIP.  They gave her 5 days in jail.  She was my cellmate.
