they are nation wide. A ton here in NY

There are several in So California.  They are expensive but have Medicare for rehab.  You need to make sure that they are a progressive center if for anything but rehab.  In other words do they have assisted living and then skilled nursing as the patient gets older.................

What city is it in?  Pretty much every city has about 50 nursing homes or other senior facilities with "Sunrise" in the name, somewhere.  You can check with the city hall where you are and see if there are any complaints filed against them.
