  1. you can carry more weight with the load lower on your bike legend.  they do make basket  pantiers.

  2. why do you keep posting pics of this? it was cool at first, but you're beatin a dead horse now...

  3. Sure, I've done that several times.   Usually I use a backpack to carry the heavy stuff and carry the double-bagged sacks on my handlebars.

  4. they have cool baskets for the front and those neat bags like motorcycle riders have made for bicycles too, the ones that go on the sides.those are neat.

  5. i always just looped the bags around my handle bars and put my hands over the bars so they dont slip off. i got good at balancing and making sure they didnt bounce into the tires, especially on turns.

  6. If you shop at the right grocery and pick the right items, you could ride home with $50 worth of food in your jersey pockets.   lol.

You keep posting these things up here, showing off your rack.  It's cool.  You did a good job.  And yeah, even though I haven't done it, I can definitely feel your joy at carrying home a fresh watermelon!   :o)

But give it a rest, dude.   :o)

  7. Dude, you should put this on instructables.

That way you can stop posting here every few days.

  8. $50 in groceries isnt much anymore. or if you think you would have to go home and get the basket . put it on ahead of time.  that way you could put them on there and would be more balanced and easier to carry than bags on the handle bars. or just walk

  9. You have to hang the bags on your handle bars and not go to fast so they don't smash into the frame of your bike.
