Has any one here gotten Ripped off by Ebay?

Question

I bought an item on 8-4-08, the money was taken out of my account on 8-6-08, and the item was shipped. It's 8-28-08 , and I havent received my item,what should I do. I've contacted both the seller and Ebay and they have done nothing

no, but paypal locked up my account.  supposedly a third party got in (bs) and now i can't even close my paypal account.  stay away from paypal if you use ebay!

Friend---I use ebay and bad deal happen but are quite rare and usually get fixed----yes they were slow to ship---that does happen with some sellers for a variety of reasons----hang in there and give it 10 days from the time it was actually shipped----then you can go through the channels----1st seller---then 2nd---if you use paypal (I do) they will assist you also. and 3rd is ebay. Good Luck---I have had really good luck with them.
