Has any one jumped from 1st 2nd or 3rd floor . if so how do make sure u don get hurt or how do stay alive ???

first of all, don't try it.  You can kill yourself or at least break/severly damage your legs.  But what you need to do is not land straight up.  Land so your are leaning slightly in one direction.  Don't stay on your feet long and spread the pressure out as much as possible.  Don't do it though if you are thinking of trying this.
