Has any one paid a letting agent a fee to do a check on you i have been refused and cant get my cash back?

i paid £120 pounds for them to say no to me. are these companies riping the general public off. have you been a victim have your say.

The £120 is the cost incurred vetting you.

Why do you think you should get it back because you failed?

If your references did not come up to scratch how is that their fault?
