How much weight did you loose how did you do it and how did it make you feel.

  1. I have lost 25lbs over a course of several months and I am now at an average weight for my height. I changed my eating habits and exercised. I do strength training now to help tone up body. I feel better about myself but the main thing is I lowered my Blood Pressure, which was high before


  2. I recently started losing weight and it was wonderful! I ate less junk food, and more healthy foods. I lost about 5 pounds from exercising and drinking lots of water. After just loosing 5 pounds, it made me feel less tired, I was more active and extremely happy. My confidence went up because I was feeling better about myself.

  4. Well my Aunt was overweight and she lost 70-85 lbs. She ate healthy daily, and was not on a plan or a diet pill! She ate fruits, salads, normal stuff, chicken but baked! She also exercised! She felt great! It works better than any plan because its free! Only thing she did was go to her local gym! Shes now 157 lb and she 5`8!

  5. I have lost 4 atone in 10 months. My doctor prescibed me an appetite suppressant (rimonabant) and I followed the weightwatchers diet. As I lost weight I started exercising more.

    I sleep better, my joints hurt less, I snore less, I breathe more easily, I am more mobile, my diabetes has improved - likewise my blood pressure. I look better in clothes and am back in jeans and shapely tops. I have a waist and have rediscovered my hip bones!


  6. I was 149 pounds~ and I am only 5'5.. I used to be thin when I was 15 but I started gaining weight.. from all the junk food I was eating.. anyways I was at my worst.. and Ive never had such low self steam.. Honestly I went through like every quick diet that you could possible think off! and yeah at first it work but two hours later the weight came back.. So I started to honestly eat healthy! I stop eating after seven (which is hard to keep up with) I started drinking water.. and I hate hate water soo much!!.. off course now I cant live without it.. I got used to it.. I drank a lot of green tea!  I ate smaller meals.. and I never made my self hungry.. off course I cut some of the junk food out of my life (not all of it ;) ) .. I started to do exercise, I walked 40 min in the treadmills five days during the week.. after a year I went down from  149 to 128...20 pounds.. and I still want to loose 8 more.. I know I could have done it in less than a year.... but by doing it slowly I have learned how to keep my current weight..    It makes me feel SOO  good.. I am slowly building up my confidence again..  People have notice! and It does feel good to get complements.. I am less tired, I have soo much more energy!! I used to hate going shopping and I cried bc nothing looked good on me.. but now I love it!!


  7. i lost 55 pounds over the course of this year, i  used sparkpeople.com, i feel really great, sometimes i miss pigging out and stuff but i feel better

  8. yes i jus started dieting and i lost 10 pounds and wat i do is jus excersize 4 2 hours a dady and b4 each meal i drink a bottle of water so i wont eat so much. i feel great and i cant wait to reach my goal weight

  9. haventt lost weightt but i am getting more tonedd up.

    i jogg 3-4 miles a day and then do push ups and other stuff.

    as for eating i just eat healthyy and i love the feelings.
