Has any one won a 4 night Carnival Cruise from a company called Innseason Resorts? Is this a scam?

I received a phone call and they claim that I filled out a sweepstakes card somewhere, but I didn't. They say all I have to do is go to The Escapes off of Farm Road in Galveston to claim it. I just wondered if anyone else has any information on this.

Its not a scam but you will be out more money than the trip is worth. I "won" a trip to Cancun (Majesty Cruises) and when I called to claim my tickets they told me that I have to pay for port passes and transportation. They also told me that they would require that I pass my experiences on the cruise on to a number of people and have them at least be interested in looking at the boat and its activities. If you did not fill out a sweepstakes card - you could not have won the prize.  Therefore, it is a scam and probably is a timeshare scam.

Do not waste your time because it probably is going to cost you a lot more money than it would if you just bought a cruise ticket.

It sounds like a time share thing where you have to go sit and listen to hours of speech about the property then, walk around, look it over then, go into a room full of desk's where salesman pressure the h**l outta you to buy a time share....best check it out online before you do anything...
