Has any preggo moms here tried expecta?

is it recommended by your ob and did she say anything about it?i wanted to ask my ob but my next check up is not schedule until the 2nd of sept so im just curious if this supplement is worh trying..

i found that some of the ingredients in expecta were harder for my system to digest. I had been prescribed a very expensive pre-natal with DHA as well, but found vitamins with the same ingredients for a lot cheaper through BioActive Nutrients. Whatever works for you I guess, but honestly, i don't see anything harmful in Expecta, though I would ask my ob first of course

When I was pregnant I was taking very expensive prenatal vitamins one was a DHA ARA supplement tablet and one was a prenatal vitamin.  I had my son 18 days ago, and since I did not want to pay 50$ a month to continue taking the vitamins I started taking expecta and just a regular prenatal vitamin.  I read all the ingredients and they have the exact same as the more expensive ones I was taking, so I think it very worth it.  Im breastfeeding so I wanted to continue taking vitamins.  They are pretty cheap about 10$ for a 30 day supply.  Just make sure to take a full prenatal vitamin in combination with the expecta.  Any extra nutrients that you can get will benefit your baby.
