Didn't the Democrats get Clinton into White house back in 1992 by promising us Health Care? Are we any closer to having it?

  1. The progress we need to make is deregulate heath care.  No government restrictions on competition, insurance coverage, etc.  Only requirement is you cannot lose it once you have a policy.   You would see access increase, cost decrease, and insurance available and affordable.

What happened when they deregulated telephone industry.

  2. We should copy Germany's Health Care System.

That's one that works rather nicely for them.

  3. The only way we'll ever get it is if we take  a group of insurance executives, bankers, investment experts, businessmen and health professionals and hide them away from  from all politicians for a month, and let them come up with something that works.

  4. No and hope we don't get any closer. Canada has proven what a failure national health care is.
