  1. There have been reputed crossbreeding between humans and chimpanzees. Here's a site with information on it in a whitepaper titled: "DNA reveals human-chimp crossbreeding":

    As far as I know, the human genome is incompatible with any other animal on the earth. However, with genetic engineering it is possible to incorporate animal genes into the human genome, and vice versa, to create hybrids. There is much controversy over this, and to date, I don't think anyone is openly attempting to put animal genes into humans.

    There are, however, experiments going on that incorporate human genes into other creatures. For instance, there have been rats that have had human genes added in order to grow human parts. The idea is to be able to grow replacement parts for human transplant using one's own genetic material, but growning it in a surrogate animal.

    Here is the basic argument regarding human/animal hybridization:

    Until these issues are resolved, I doubt anyone is going to risk thier careers in science to experiment with this highly controversial subject.

    I have often wondered if the ancient Egyptians were doing more advanced medical experiments than we currently suspect. Perhaps thier images of half animal/half human creatures was a way of graphically displaying which genes had been crossed with human to enhance specific human traits. So, perhaps a statue of a woman with a cat's head indicated a woman who has had feline genetic material incorporated into her in order to give her certain feline qualities. But, of course, this is strictly speculation on my part, and there is no evidence to back this up.

  2. I think New Zealanders have been doing in-depth 'research' with sheep for years. ;)

  3. Is there a hu-ger? Oh, now wait, that's a li-ger, lion-tiger cross. lol

    Wouldn't research with humans and animals be illegal? It would tend to encourage bestiality.

  4. No! That is agianst human and animal rights! Shame on those people who try to those awful things. BUt I have heard of people from the U.S. trying to do that, I just don't know the exact location.

  5. Humans ARE "Animals", that is our "KINGDOM" in our "Nomenclature".

  6. It can't happen, thank God. The n***s did try to get their guard dogs to impregnate women prisoners in concentration camps. (Naturally, when it failed they killed the women anyway.)

  7. Yes! There was some research tests,

    and trials in the late seventies.

    Result= AIDS

  8. The simple answer is It can't be done; we cannot breed with any but our own species.  Why would we want to?
