scientists have cloned cells, small mammals, and yes, even dolly the sheep.  we have not tried the process on humans, because the clones have a remarkably shorter life span than the original.  plus, it is frowned upon by the vast majority of the public.

hahah yeah. They have the abilities to clone all kinds of stuff, but America looks down on it.

Being so hotly debated, cloning is left to private funding. There are some odd experiments going on over the planet  - south korea being a big contributer. We cannot really comprehend what level these have achieved.
