just like any other VoIP provider...I have heard good and bad about it!!

if ppl don't get there service going then they b**ch about it....!

I have just looked it up on the internet and see that it is a voip service provider, judging from what I read on their web site, I think I can recommend an even better company, provided you live in the USA.

If you care to email me then I could send you details, I am going on the recommendation of friends in the US who have the service as just now it is not available to us in Europe.

Just be aware that they have been expelled from the BBB for excessive customer complaints....

That said, I dread having to deal with customer service, regardless of who the company is.  Poor customer service is an epidemic....

Good service is really just luck of the draw...
