Has any1 got the settings for my crf suspension i weigh 245 pounds with all my kit on?

For racing use or for off road use?

if track/ motocross use, on the front  turn it as stiff as possible first.  then turn it 6 clicks soft.  im not sure about the rear...

for off road do the same but turn it 4 clicks.
