Has any1 seen thencomercial with the guy in a black hat & dark glases selling a black guitars plus his books?

it's a paid comercial, it comes late a nights sometimes, he wares a black hat, I think dark sun glasses, and he sells his black guitars plust some other stuff for only like 140 dollar... I need to know the name of the guy or where I can ge the 1800 number to call. Thanks everyone!
