It probably is legit.. but the site breaks every rule in the book. If it is being run by a limited company, then it is actually illegal not to have proper contact details on the site.

I can tell you that the bookworm cartoon they use on the front page is from an old PC game called Word Rescue.  It's probably used without permission.  Bearing that in mund I'd be wary if I were you.
