Travel and Tourism, yes, for O Levels, no.  Basically, have an idea of where would be a great place to travel to, what is available there, economics, how worthy and trusting is the area, and what does the Chamber of Commerce offer.  I don't teach the subject, but yes, there are teachers that offer courses in Travel and Tourism.  My wife has a degree in that discipline.
