Has anybody been caught counting cards in san diego?

I was wondering if anybody out there has been caught counting cards while playing blackjack at the casinos around san diego. What did they do to you?

this part of the game strategy. all of the pro's do it.

Don't believe everything you see in the movies. They are not gonna take you to the basement and bust up your hands with a ball peen hammer. I work as a manager at a casino and when we have suspected a patron of counting cards we have taken their personal information and issued them a legal notice of exclusion which is just a paper saying if they return they will be placed under arrest for trespassing charges. And in turn that patron is added to the state banned patrons list which means other casinos within that state may deny you service. FYI Counting cards is not illegal, using an electronic device to assist you is.
