I've bought property in Turkey but not there.

My thoughts are that I wouldn't want to live in Didim but each to their own.

Are you aware that the law has recently made it much more difficult for foreigners to buy?

Be careful, get everything checked by someone you trust. I looked at the development on line and the location isn't clear - it claims to be beach front but only a portion of the properties are on that side, the picture doesn't even show the sea. The prices are very variable too - from £74k to £125k which is a lot of money here. The properties do not appear to be complete yet so until you have seen the finished article for yourself I would urge caution.
