Yes a fortnight ago when I went on holiday. d**n scary, its open to everyone on certain days, some slow, some fast, motorbikes and cars. Its only 16 Euros a lap, though I paid more and did 6. You can get a record of what times you did, an embrassing 13min 23 seconds was my fastest, in a 2.6 Mercedes.
