Has anybody else gotten this camara? im thinking about it... is it any good?

im buyign a camara(cheap one) that is stilll decent for makin videos for youtube...this seems decent.. just take off the cover...is it any good? what would be your recommendation for a good camara? coudl you give me a link? im only spendign up to $70... maybe $75... thx a bunch.

For underwater photography, it is perhaps the least expensive you will find.

This camera has no optical zoom and apparently a discontinued model.
