Wow, they were so bad with me with a number of different issues (rude flight attendant, late bags, misinformation provided which ultimately cost me an extra $500)! There are many Iberia numbers to BUY a ticket, but none to register a complaint...you have to use email. HOWEVER, I emailed my legitimate complaint, and have yet to get any response 1 1/2 months later. AWFUL! Anybody else have an opinion?
