Has anybody else just finished night shift ?

My job is so lame, I`ve been making plastic cups, what do you do ?

I suppose i am what they call a house wife.Jack of all Trades.My dog woke me at 4 had about 3 hours sleep so feel rough.

No but hubby has, he is in security and works 6 12 hour shifts and 1 17 hour shift for the minimum wage.

I finished at 7am, we do 12 hour shifts. I like nights but that's because i'm terrible to wake in the morning, also more interesting things happen at night. I read once that every night shift takes one hour off your life, don't know how they would measure that one, but i think doing them all the time probably had some detrimental effect on your health, i mean it's not natural is it.

It is 2:05am here & i just got done working.  I was suppose to work until 4:00am, but i got off early. I work at at bar.
