  1. take a look around at our country and what do you think. Britain shuns it's own people to accommodate all an sundry that flood in through our borders. they let them all in little loop holes in the law put their on purpose to allow them all in the back door.


  2. My husband got refused his spousal visa because he couldn't find work, then tried for a working visa and no problems. You have to be soooo careful depending on where you're currently living the guidelines aren't always accurate. You are entitled to know why you were refused and some one should advise you on what you need to do to apply again, also upon refusal you have 14 days to argue your case for them to reconsider, which some time could take loner than reapplying.  Good luck
