it is a wonderful place .you will enjoy there

It's a nice place especially now that they are restructuring the downtown, you can eat very well and the life is cheap.

However there is some criminality problem.

is a good place to live if u got a job u can travel to lots of other countries from there is a nice city special in the night time all the sea site is with lights and people go out for evening walks or drink and to eat.  is very nice just need a litter time to get in to the city then it growers with you.  i was there last week.
