They take a fee of 49.00 USD for submitting your application and I want to know whether it is worth it.

I would also like to have some tips on how to get a job on a cruise ship in general. I am German and hold a degree in accounting. I'm fluent in English on a university level and speak good Russian. Thanks.

When I worked on a cruise ship, I simply applied to the individual cruise ship's directly, there isn't a fee and you know you are getting the proper interviews required by each cruise ship, check their websites directly for human resources and you will find it faster and reliable.
