Has anybody ever gone to a hypnotherapist?

if so, what was it for and how did it help?

Yes , its was because I was going through a divorce, a career change, and "issues" from childhood.  It helped me to see that I am a person of worth. Why are you considering hypnosis?

i havent went but i have hypnotized people in my home before to help them with stress. look it up online on how to do it yourself and you can have a friend do it for you the first time

yes,everytime i smelled tobacco smoke i would dry heave or puke after one session of hypnotherapy the dry heaves and puking stopped of course with the new laws on smoking i rarely get to test it anymore but it did work for me.
