Has anybody ever heard of Keenox dv camera 1303?

As I haved not got got one our local charity has got the above. It apparently does work becoause one of the volunteers took a bit of a movie with it. I do not know whether it is Panasonic or what. I believe it is either German or French I have been on loads of websites trying to get some info, but as I cannot read German or French, I am a bit stuck. I have tried to get some info. in English but no luck
