Has anybody ever heard of drinking beer mixed with clamato juice?

I have two friends from Canada (neither know each other) and both live in different parts of Canada and both of them like this drink. Personally it sounds gross to me. Anybody else out there drink this?

In mexico we have a drink called a preparada, Mexican beer,clamato,lime juice, Tabasco, bitters, salted rim and ice.

Budweiser makes one, it's descent, but being that the beer inside of it is Budweiser, it's gotta be really cold. I'd recommend they use a beer they know they like + put a little clamato in there. Try it with 1 part clamato for 3 parts beer, best to use a lager

Yes I am a Canadian and I drink beer and tomato juice. I tell people from other countries and they think its gross, but people in Germany will drink Beer and lemon, beer and coke, beer and sprite.....etc. Try our version, you might like it!!

Yes! There is a half beer half tomato juice drink. If you don't like tomato juice you wouldn't like it, it's kind of sweet. It actually comes in a can called Clamato.

I love Clamato but that does sound a bit gross.

Clamato is best with just Vodka - but try adding the following to make it memorable:

Worchestshire

Black Pepper

Celery Salt

Hot Sauce
