it is a real board just was more heard of a couple years ago

It looks like its in decent condition - certainly not perfect, but well worth the price I would say.  Keep in mind that the Burton Twin is a board which is built mostly for the park, pipe and rails...that's not to say that it won't ride the whole mountain, but it was designed specifically with the park/pipe/rails in mind.  That will affect the amount of flex the board has, most likely quite a bit.  This board is a few years old, but they're still making the Twin model as of this year (2008).
