Has anybody ever seen an anime called Bari bari or bali bali Dentsu I know it is a manga ?

I am not sure if they ever adapted this manga to an anime I do know it was done buy the same artist as Initial D. (Shuichi shengeno) or something like that.

Bari Bari Densetsu, and yes it's by Shuichi Shigeno.

They've made an 2 OVA episodes of it back in the 80s, never seen it though.

Yep it was adapted into an OVA.

But it was never liscenced in english nor were the english subtitles added by fansubbers:
